*Effective Oct 14th the Event Space will charge a 3.5% convenience fee when paying with a Credit or Debit Card. This is to cover the increasing fees the Card companies charge. If you pay your invoice with a check or ACH payment then this fee will not be charged to you.

How To Book A Desk Space

Step 1:

Select Your Desk Plan

Click the “book a desk” button and select which desk plan you would like to purchase. The price for monthly memberships will automatically adjust to pro-rate for the dates you are purchasing.

Step 3: 

Invite Coworkers/Employees To Join

Add information about your business or organization to your member account. You can also invite coworkers or employees to create an account and join your network.

Step 2: 

Pay Invoice And Enjoy

Create your membership account and complete the online payment. Once completed our Commons Coordinator will reach out with additional items/policies/ information. You are welcome to access your desk space anytime during our operating hours.

How To Book A Meeting Room

Step 1:

Select A Meeting Room

Click the “book a meeting room” button and select the day, time and meeting room of your choice from the calendar.

Step 2: 

Create Your Account

Create your membership account and include information about your business or organization. You can also invite coworkers or employees to create an account and join your network.

Step 3: 

Pay Invoice And Enjoy

Once your account is created you will see your invoice and you can pay online by clicking “pay now”. Your booking will be completed upon payment. Please check in at the reception area no later than 5 minutes before your booking.

Safety Protocols & Emergency Exits:

Standard protocols will be posted in the coworking space and guests will be given a walkthrough of emergency procedures upon their first booking.

Policies & Guidelines

Rules & Guidelines for using our coworking space:

  1. This is a shared space and guests are expected to keep it a clean and safe working environment. 

  2. We ask guests to be respectful of the space and other guests by adhering to your scheduled time. 

  3. Harassment, offensive language, discrimination, and other derogatory behavior is prohibited.

  4. To secure your meeting room reservation, payment must be made within 30 days of the issue date.

  5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event date.
