Jurell Scott is the Social Media Marketing Specialist for Soul District Business Association located in Northeast Portland. They provide business technical assistance to small businesses in the area. Jurell is a University of Oregon Alum with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He also owns Photoshoot Jay LLC, a small business that offers social media consultation and content creation.
